Services and support
Accessing services and support
At ARRCS, we’re all about improving people’s lives. Since July 2014 we’ve been providing a responsive and flexible range of services and support in communities right across the Northern Territory, caring for people’s needs both now and as those needs change over time.
Connected to the community
But we are more than just a provider of these services. We are an important part of the communities we work in. We know the people and the cultures. We also partner with other community service providers, government departments and agencies, health services and local GPS. So the people we care for can be sure we are providing the right type and level of services for them.
Working far and wide
Currently, we operate ten residential care facilities with a combined capacity of 441 beds, and 11 community care programs in Darwin, Alice Springs, Tennant Creek, Katherine, Mutitjulu and Docker River. Some of the services we provide are specifically for Indigenous Australians, while others are more generally for older people, people with a disability, clients discharged from hospital or following a visit to their GP, this includes individuals and carers who are in need of support.
