Culture of Safety Training
The NSW ACT Synod Culture of Safety team provides training and support to the ongoing development of a Culture of Safety across the Northern Synod.
How to Enrol
Safe Ministry Training can now be done through a two-part Culture of Safety Training that involves a series of online videos and a live face-to-face or Zoom workshop. The training covers duty of care, child protection, protecting vulnerable people, understanding and responding to abuse including reporting, safe leadership, recruitment and supervision practices and relevant policies and procedures.
To enroll in the Culture of Safety Training please contact admin@ns.uca.org.au with a request to register for the Culture of Safety Training. A login link will be sent to your email address. Please follow the instructions to watch the videos and complete the online training. Reach out to the Synod office if you have any questions.
