The National Young Adult Leaders’ Conference aims to encourage, bless, grow and empower UCA young adult leaders.

At NYALCs we identify some of our wonderful UCA young adult servants and leaders; invest in them; invite them to imagine better futures; inform them on how they can be change agents and inspire them to follow Jesus’ example even further! – and have a lot of fun in the process.

Enthuse, encourage, empower and equip! That’s what NYALCs are all about.

The National Young Adult Leaders’ Conference 2014 (7 to 12 December) will gather young adults from the UCA’s diverse cultural groups, and invite them to:

*  grow together in their faith, discipleship and leadership
*  be open to the influence and inspiration of fellow disciples
*  hang out with some key UCA leaders and learn together
*  build capacity for their own style of influence and service
*  form a relational network and see where that collective  influence might be directed
*  receive some encouragement, appreciation, support and love from the Uniting church in Australia
