Kormilda College is an independent, coeducational, multi-racial, day and residential secondary college serving the people of Northern Australia. Kormilda College is located 15 minutes from the city of Darwin. The College has operated as an independent school under the auspices of the Anglican and Uniting Churches since 1989.  The driving force of the College is based on the social justice issues of equity, access and reconciliation.

It provides a Christian, life-affirming, mutually respectful and caring environment, educating its students 'Towards Tomorrow' which is the school's motto.

The College boasts a varied curriculum covering both the Northern Territory Certificate of Education and the challenging International Baccalaureate Diploma. Supported by highly qualified specialist trainers and teachers, students are also offered a variety of extra-curricular activities encompassing debating, 'Mock-Trial' and 'Tournament of Minds' competitions. Students can participate in sports, outdoor education and leadership courses, the sailing programme and the 'World Solar Car Challenge'. Kormilda College is proud of its achievements in the education of young Australians and overseas students.

Located in Alice Springs, capital of Outback Australia, St Philip's is a Uniting Church co-educational Boarding and Day School for students in Years 7 - 12. This year St Philip's College has an enrolment of 570 students. Boarders come from all parts of the NT, as far north as Bathurst Island, from towns and communities in northern SA and as far west as Broome and the Kimberlies in WA.

St Philip's is noted for academic excellence and for the many opportunities students have to develop individual potential, life skills and special interests. It is a member of the international association of Round Square schools.

Nungalinya College is an Adult Education College for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders. Provided by the Anglican, Catholic and Uniting Churches, it is also supported by other churches as well as Aboriginal and Islander communities.

The College is incorporated, and is a registered Private Provider of Vocational Education and Training and conducts TAFE accredited courses. The courses, which are provided, are:

  • The Certificate in TheologyThe Quality Endorsed Traning Organisation logo

  • The Associate Diploma of Theology

  • The Advanced Diploma of Ministry

  • The Certificate in Community Organising

  • The Certificate in Community and Family Services

  • The Certificate in Textile Art (Aboriginal Enterprise)

  • Cross-cultural awareness courses for non-Indigenous people.

In December 1998 Nungalinya College achieved the national status of a Quality Endorsed Training Organisation and was awarded the nationally recognised logo.

The College is located in suburban Darwin. It is able to assist and train Indigenous people who come from all over Australia. The College has been able to recognise the learning styles of Indigenous Australians.

The College Vision is "to see Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people empowered and self-reliant, freed from dependence and oppression with our culture strong. As a Christian College we seek to build up our people, our Church and our community."
